Know Your Customer (KYC) & Verification Requirements

To comply with legal, licensing, anti-money laundering (AML), and responsible gambling obligations, BetAdrian.com is required to verify the identity and age of its players. This verification process, known as Know Your Customer (KYC), may be initiated at various points, including during registration, before processing withdrawals, or at any time during your account activity—especially if suspicious behavior, unusual transactions, or inconsistencies are detected.

KYC verification is also mandatory when your total deposits exceed €2000. However, BetAdrian.com reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any time, regardless of your deposit history.

You may be asked to submit one or more of the following documents:

  1. Valid government-issued photo identification: such as a passport, national ID card, or driver’s license. The document must be valid, legible, and in full color.
  2. Proof of address: a utility bill or bank statement issued within the last 3 months that clearly shows your name and the address registered to your BetAdrian.com account.
  3. Proof of ownership of payment methods used:
    1. Bank transfers: recent bank statement showing your name and matching the address linked to your account.
    2. E-wallets: screenshot showing your full name and address as registered on your BetAdrian.com account. If statements are unavailable, screenshots are accepted.
  4. In certain cases, BetAdrian.com may request a selfie holding your ID or require a live video verification, particularly if document authenticity or clarity is in doubt.

All submitted documents must be clear, in color, uncropped, and unedited. If documents are not in the Latin or Cyrillic alphabet, a video verification may be required.

Players are given 30 days to complete the verification process once a request has been made or the €2000 deposit threshold has been reached. Failure to comply may result in account restrictions, withheld funds, canceled bonuses, or permanent closure.
